The only factor that may keep it from taking the belt is that LED TVs are still very high priced compared to LCD TVs and in this economy that really is a game changer. Although LED TVs have the higher quality and better picture with all the great features like WiFi and others they are still too highly priced at the moment to take over the title. If the price comes down for LED vs LCD TVs they will have no problem delivering the final knockout punch to take the title. There is no question that the LED TVs offer a wide variety of design and features that are highly superior to the LCD models.
